When we engage with a new client our main aim is to build a relationship with that individual. Our relationship with our clients is extremely important to us, as we are in the business of building long term relationships, so we are best placed to advise our clients as their lives evolve.
In the initial period we spend a great deal of time researching the clients affairs and gathering information, to ensure we know everything about their situation. This part of the process is vitally important as it gives us a clear picture of what situation the client is currently in, and may also raise potential vulnerabilities that more often than not the client is unaware of. This process can take up to three months to fully execute.
Whilst the data gathering process continues we will have further meetings with our clients to establish their objectives now, and in the future. We make a note of key events that may or may not effect their lives and begin to formulate a plan that addresses these objectives.
The final part of the process is made when all the data has been collected. We then present our findings, and make appropriate recommendations based on the ongoing objectives our clients have.
